One of our environmental consulting companies is actively hiring for a Project Financial Coordinator. This role provides project financial support to Project Managers including project opening,, and invoicing and/or cost and/or project status tracking utilizing their project accounting system as well as specialized project software. This is a remote position looking for someone who lives in close to West Chester, PA.
Job responsibilities include:
Assist Project Managers with project/contract management and administration. May include the following:
Initiation and modification of system project set-up to ensure timely and accurate tracking of project status, costs and resource utilization,
Development of cost/schedule control tools to guide project team to a timely and profitable outcome.
Review, analysis and reporting related to sales, contracts, work-in-process, current project status and performance, earned revenue reports, variance reports, suspense reports and all project-related correspondence
-Track project budgets and status and provide appropriate reports to project leadership. Track at risk projects and prepare report updating status of budgets and change orders.
Perform project invoicing for assigned group of Locations/OUs/PMs in adherence with defined schedule.
Process and track project closeouts
Compensation:50K-65K
