    Job Description

    We are seeking a Field Technician Leader to join our team You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers, our In-Home Service Technicians. This position also requires the Leader to be a Technician.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
    • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
    • Plan and hold training meetings
    • Work with technicians to meet individual and company sales goals
    • Evaluate and train team to make sure they are maintaining company quality goals
    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
    • Work with office staff to meet company and individual goals
    • Be willing and able to perform cleaning duties as a technician
    • Manage warehouse and inventory
    • Maintain vehicles and equipment

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in production, operations and/or sales
    • Customer Service Experience
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
