Assistant Service Manager - Nucar Chevrolet of New Castle, Delaware, has an opening for an experienced Assistant Service Manager. $85,000-$100,000 compensation based on experience.


Duties:


  • Assist in managing and supervising a team of service technicians, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and prioritize service appointments to meet customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to service technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of of all service orders
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by the service team to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service department.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
  • Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs.
