    **Description**

    **Providence is hiring a server (on-call) to Providence Heritage House Assisted Living in Seattle, Washington**

    **Have a flexible schedule that works around your needs. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all especially those who are poor and vulnerable.**

    **Pay Range: $ $21.36**

    This position provides services to residents using a resident-directed social model. Primary functions are assisting the residents during their meal services**.**

    **Apply Today**

    Greet residents, escort them to an available table, and present menus.

    Take food orders and deliver to cook.

    Serve meals to residents in dining areas.

    Assist, along with other staff, to set up the dining room.

    Keep menus current, clean, and free of spots or stains.

    Clear tables, food service carts, and dining room area; maintains overall cleanliness and sanitation of work areas.

    **Qualifications:**

    **Required** **qualifications for this position include:**

    High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED)

    Current Food Handlers Card in Washington State (or must obtain within 14 days of hire)

    TB test, 10-panel drug test, background check, and fingerprint test to be completed by start date.

    **Preferred** **qualifications for this position include:**

    1 year of foodservice experience

    1 year understanding how to work with older adults
