    Legal Administrative Support Specialist

    Hybrid Position (onsite 3 Days a Week)

    Detroit, Michigan


    Salary Range:
    $43,680-$54,600/yr


    Shift Hours:
    Mon-Fri (8am-6pm; 8.5 hour day with a FLEXIBLE START TIME)

    About the Legal Administrative Support Specialist position:


    As a member of our Legal Support team, you will provide support & documentation for legal staff managing various contracts as well as conducting research.

    The ideal candidate will posses strong computer literacy and analytical skills and a deep understanding of how to pilot research with a functional knowledge of processes, procedures and systems, to integrate and work together in achieving company goals.

    Qualifications


    • 4 year Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies OR4 year Bachelor's Degree accompanied by a Paralegal or Legal Assistant certificate
    • Legal industry experience preferred, but not required
    • Ability to successfully complete approximately 2 weeks of mandatory paid training (start time may differ, depending on the trainer's schedule/availability
    • Ability to conduct key term searches
    • Provide customer care
    • Able to work as apart of a team as well as independently with little to no supervision.
    • Must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
    • Proficient with MS Office (word, excel, teams etc.,)

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Provide document legal support
    • Processing Physical Mail
    • Prepare Discovery Tracking logs
    • Submit document request to various contracts
    • Schedule custodian Interviews
    • Produce and Manage document production

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $43,680-$54,600.
