    RESPONSIBILITIES


    Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManaging the hiring and onboarding processes, including:
    • Utilizing various recruitment channels
    • Developing consistent job postings
    • Collaborating with managers on job descriptions
    • Conducting candidate screenings and interviews
    • Tracking hiring trends
    • Facilitating new hire onboarding
    • Completing new hire paperwork
    REQUIREMENTS

    Qualifications
    Minimum qualifications:
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ years of recruitment experience
    • Strong team coordination skills
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information
    • Organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
