    Description

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be an integral part of recruiting and retention at Superior Beverage Group. This individual will have a passion for our current and future associates. They will focus on establishing, building, and maintaining a solid relationship with the local community in our entire footprint. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle. This individual will be reporting to our Glenwillow facility.

    Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, in office

    Typical Duties:
    • Recruit and select qualified associates for the Company.
    • Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
    • Manage college recruiting initiatives.
    • Maintain a high volume of incoming and outbound phone calls.
    • Review candidate applications and resumes through multiple talent search engines.
    • Coordinate and attend job fairs.
    • Manage, post, and maintain job requisitions.
    • Collaborate with department managers to develop talent management and staff planning strategies.
    • Work closely with the print team to prepare promotional materials for distribution.
    • Responsible for the effective tracking of candidates through the onboarding process.
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, retention, and engagement.
    • Assist in Talent Acquisition projects aimed at improving performance, experience, and efficiency, including new processes, integrations, and/or implementation of new systems.
    • Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality according to state and federal guidelines.
    Qualifications

    Skills / Qualifications:
    • 1-5 years of previous HR experience or Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related area.
    • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
    • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in G-Suite applications
    • Ability to prioritize and execute projects.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of staffing, management, and leadership.
    • Ability to operate a variety of office and computer equipment.
    • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
