    Pediatric Palliative Care - Health Sciences Series

    The Department of Pediatrics, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital is looking for a qualified BE/BC Pediatric Palliative Care physician to join the Pediatric Pain and Palliative Care Program (PPPCP) as a clinician-educator with an academic appointment in the Health Science series.

    Academic rank will be based on experience.

    The focus of the PPPCP is to provide robust, interdisciplinary pediatric palliative care to infants, children, and adolescents facing serious illness.

    This full-time position is in a highly academic department dedicated to research, clinical practice, and teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

    Responsibilities will include patient care (inpatient consultation and outpatient clinic visits), teaching trainees, and participating in program development or scholarly efforts such as clinical research.

    Candidates should be certified by the American Board of Pediatrics or other applicable board and must be board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. A California medical license is required. Teaching experience is preferred.
