Job Description

You support the buyers in the Home & Living department with administrative processes
You enter orders, check order entries, and verify order confirmations
You monitor compliance with delivery dates and communicate directly with our suppliers
You send weekly reorder requests
Processing returns and complaints is also part of your responsibilities
You take care of extra orders, sample goods, and the corresponding item lists
You maintain article master data to ensure smooth sales (online and offline)
You are the central point of contact within our purchasing team for inquiries from the logistics center
In your role, you regularly communicate with internal and external contacts

Qualifications

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable background
Ideally, you have some professional experience in the retail or service industry
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
You have good English skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as teamwork and solutionoriented work complete your profile
