Your Background

• You have a completed bachelor's degree with a focus on real estate and/or real estate development/project management
• You have several years of professional experience as a (purchasing) project manager in the field of real estate/project development (commercial/special properties), ideally with airport experience, and possess thorough and versatile expertise in the real estate industry
• Excellent MS Office skills, good knowledge of SAP REF X, and very good English skills are required
• You have a valid driver's license (Class B)

Your Task

• As a real estate developer, you are responsible for all steps from needs planning to economic evaluation to contract conclusion
• You have no hesitation and are excited about developing concepts for real estate projects (building construction) as an interface to the planning department, leasing, and strategic airport development in the development areas of Airport City and within the cargo and operations areas
• No 08/15: You are responsible for market observations and analyses in the field of commercial/special properties within the Cologne/Bonn economic region as well as at comparable airports to identify potential settlement opportunities
• Documentation and maintenance of reports (monitoring and maintenance of budget reports, project briefs, and documentation) are part of your daily routine
