PLASTIC EXTRUSION QUALITY ASSISTANT

DUTIES:


  • Move from line to line doing quality checks on parts.
  • Performing "1st piece" checks on all newly setup parts.
  • Pulling random parts from boxes for quality checks.
  • Work with QC Manager on any quality issues for long term solutions.
  • Ensure all quality forms are filled out and properly documented.
  • Maintain a great working relationship with shift supervisors and operators to ensure a positive atmosphere.
  • Maintain and submit a daily report of any quality issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bilingual
  • English/Spanish
  • Familiar with calipers, tape measures, shadowgraphs (preferred)
  • Must be well organized and work with little supervision
  • Must be able to read and understand prints
Hours are 10 hour shifts, 6:00 p.m. - 4 a.m., Monday - Thursday.

Training will be done on 1st shift, 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., Monday - Friday

Starting Pay is $20 per hour.


Pay:
From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
