Onward Counseling Center, a growing private practice in Grayslake, IL, is seeking a fully
licensed psychotherapist (LCPC, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist) to join our team.

This
contract position (1099) offers the flexibility to build your own schedule, with a
minimum of 20 hours weekly spent providing individual therapy to clients either in-person or virtually.

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with adult clients presenting with a variety of concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, if necessary, to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor, adhering to all relevant regulations and best practices.

• Master's degree or doctorate in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Active and valid state license to practice as a therapist in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
• Minimum of two years of experience providing individual therapy to adults in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
• Be located within a comfortable commute distance to Grayslake, IL.
