Description
Pike Creek Mortgage is looking to add an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to our growing team Some duties and responsibilities are:
- Multitasking and prioritizing items based on day to day activities
- Working directly with applicants and collecting their personal information needed for mortgage process
- Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, USDA & USDA loans
- Working with realtor partners, attorneys, title agents, etc.
- Maintaining Loan Officer's settlement calendar
- Appointment setting
- Ordering appraisals and dealing with other 3rd party vendors
- Participating in real estate functions, events or trade shows
- Encompass experience is a PLUS

$50,000.00 per year
