We are currently seeking French-speaking customer service representatives for our location in Berlin, Germany.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT
SYKES:

  • Answer customer inquiries over the phone
  • Assist customers with account settlements, payment plans, returns, and other paymentrelated requests

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Fluent in French with good conversational English skills
  • Willing to work flexible hours (Monday-Saturday, 8:0018:00)
  • Familiar with customer service practices
  • Comfortable using a computer
  • Living in Berlin with a valid work permit
  • Able to work 5 days a week
  • Available to start on
