Job Overview:

The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves developing sales strategies and working closely with other departments to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and processes to drive sales growth and achieve monthly/daily goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensuring you maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
  • Sales Tools and Technologies: Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure you adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Pay:
$75,000.00 per year
