Description

• Provide direct home care assistance under the supervision of registered nurses or licensed practical nurses
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, driving, and other IDLs and IADLs.
• Take vital signs and record patient information
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Monitor patients and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel
• Housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping
• Take the client to doctor's appointment if needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and more

• High school diploma or higher
• Previous experience in home and healthcare settings preferred
• Knowledge of IDLs and IADLs procedures
• Familiarity with home health care or assisted living
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
