The Sr. Talent Manager will serve as a strategic thought partner and enterprise integrator, responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end talent ecosystem that enables Solstice's continued growth and innovation.This position will lead the evolution of our global talent management framework, ensuring that our processes, tools and programs not only support business performance but also reinforce our culture, strengthen leadership capability, and drive exceptional employee experience.
