Stuarts Draft Student Internship in Food Chemistry, Ecotrophology - Quality Focus (m/f/d)YOUR ROLE
- Support in complaint management: creation and evaluation of complaints, as well as preparation of statistics
- Participation in declaration processing: declaration and labeling checks or maintenance of approved recipe master data
- Organization, execution and evaluation of consumer tastings and market analyses
- Assistance in material and supplier management: processing and documentation of approval processes, as well as maintenance of supplier and material documents
- Ongoing studies in the field of food chemistry, beverage technology, ecotrophology or a similar program
- Basic knowledge of food and consumer protection laws and food quality assurance
- Basic knowledge of sensory evaluation of food
- Analytical skills and structured work approach combined with good self-organization
- Very good German and good English skills
