Diverse tasks await you in Artemus, KY - You ensure the functionality and performance of the team for billing health insurance and dental insurance in the billing review, as well as the team's unified external impact in Baden-Württemberg.

You are responsible for the operational implementation of measures in the billing review for physicians and dentists, ensuring efficient use of resources for targeted service delivery.
You operationally manage the registration of regressions with the health insurance (dental) association and implement them.
You are responsible for clarifying operational billing and legal issues in collaboration with the AOK headquarters.
You lead, coordinate, and manage the team organizationally, professionally, and personnelwise, and guide the team by creating an optimal framework for daily work.
You implement company goals/strategies for the team's daily work.
You regularly review the team's goal achievement and take appropriate measures if necessary.
You ensure communication and information towards the direct supervisor and within the team, and promote constructive, collaborative, and trusting cooperation with other organizational units.

Your qualifications

You have a degree in AOK business administration or a completed university degree or equivalent qualification.
Several years of leadership experience and professional experience in statutory health insurance are advantageous.
You embody an inspiring leadership style that comprehensively promotes the "we" culture of AOK Baden-Württemberg and creates a sense of belonging.
