We deliver a diverse array of print projects spanning visual branding, stand construction, interior design, and event displays. With our cutting-edge production processes, we offer virtually limitless possibilities in volume, size, and materials, ensuring tailor-made solutions for every visual communication need and budget. US-SEG collaborates with brands, both direct and indirect clients/channels, to craft brand experiences that consistently leave a memorable mark.

    Currently, US-SEG operates across the EU and the United States, with a dynamic team of professionals. Our sights are set on further expansion and professionalization, particularly within the US market, in the years ahead.

    Responsibilities:

    · Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within new client segments and markets.

    · Developing and executing strategies to meet revenue and developmental objectives, including achieving individual sales targets through targeted market segmentation.

    · Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of US-SEG's entire product portfolio and exploring new market opportunities and product applications.

    · Arranging and preparing meetings with potential partners, including crafting compelling presentations.

    · Cultivating new relationships and investigating new application avenues in partnership with potential clients/partners.

    · Meeting agreed-upon annual personal sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

    · Maximizing identified opportunities and leveraging them to drive growth.

    · Ensuring meticulous and consistent administrative processing within Salesforce.

    · Providing proactive insights and contributions to market and sales analyses, trends, and developments.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree or equivalent, is preferred.

    · At least 4 years of successful experience in the large format printing industry or trade shows in a similar sales role.

    · Proficiency in modern communication and administrative tools, including Salesforce, Office, Excel, and a solid understanding of ERP/CRM systems.

    · Experience and foresight in sales, marketing/communication, including proficiency in new media.

    · Demonstrated affinity with US-SEG's products and/or target audience is advantageous.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $75, $100,000.00 per year excl. commission.
