We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Alila Napa Valley. Our focus is on creating a vibrant culture that celebrates exceptional design and top-notch service. If you have a passion for delivering personalized hotel experiences in an environment of spontaneity and authenticity, we want to hear from you. At Alila Hotels, a Hyatt Hotels brand, we are committed to providing our guests with unique and memorable experiences through dedicated and caring team members.
Concierge roles involve assisting guests with inquiries, offering guidance, and arranging reservations and recommendations. Candidates should have a good understanding of hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options, as well as the ability to engage guests in conversations and accommodate special requests.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour based on experience.
