- Courteously greet and welcome visitors for a positive first impression.
- Provide details on available tastings, fees, and answer inquiries about the winery and local area.
- Assist guests in making reservations and direct phone calls within the tasting room.
- Maintain awareness of guest count and handle large groups appropriately.
- Support retail sales by managing guest entry and organizing merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with the sales and tasting room teams.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Capable of interpreting business materials and following instructions.
- Proficient in using computers and phones; experience with cellar pass is a plus.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. (e.g., a case of wine).

About Us
Join our team at Etude Wines, where we are dedicated to perfecting the art of winemaking. Specializing in Estate-grown Carneros Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as Pinot Noir from select appellations like Santa Rita, Santa Maria, Sonoma Coast, and Yamhill-Carlton (OR). We also proudly source Cabernet Sauvignon from the Napa Valley.
About the Role
As a Concierge at Etude Wines, your main focus is to warmly welcome all visitors and ensure they have a memorable experience. You will provide guests with information about wine tastings, winery history, and assist with reservations, both in person and over the phone. Your role involves managing guest information and coordinating with the tasting room team. Weekends availability is required.
