Responsibilities for this role include entering patient information onto our data system,
answering patients' questions, verifying insurance benefits and helping us keep our patients
healthy by scheduling them for regular care.
To be successful in this role, organization and multitasking is important. Ultimately, performing all duties in a manner that ensures the efficiency of the dental practice.
Essential Duties:
*Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
*Scheduling and confirming appointments for new and existing patients
*Preparing patients' charts and daily schedules
*Updating patients' records and documents
*Insurance verification and pre-appointment chart audits
*Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
Other duties to be discussed at interview
Knowledge of Open Dental Software preferred
At least 1 year of dental experience required
Dental background/knowledge required
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
$17-22/hour (Based on Experience)
5 Paid Holidays

Office Hours:
8:30-5:30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
9-3 Wednesday (Admin Day)
7:30-3:30 Friday
No weekends

Skills assessment
Working Interview (typically Wed-Fri)
Successful National Background Check
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 per week
