Description
Under supervision, the Customer Service Representative accurately fulfills customer orders and manages incoming calls.
- Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes, and handles order entry.
- Influences gross profit through negotiating sale and purchase prices.
- Adjusts customer pricing based on competition while maximizing profit.
- Builds customer relationships for repeat business.
- Orders items to maintain inventory levels.
- Places orders up to $5,000 per line without approval.
- Sources products in inventory.
- Determines cost-effective shipping methods.
- Partners with Account Representatives for customer satisfaction.
- Expedites backorders and handles customer returns.
- Performs assigned duties.
Requires high school diploma or GED and up to three years experience.
- Reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Product knowledge preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $18.42 - $23.05 hourly. Total compensation based on geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
