What you bring to the table:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or similar qualification
- Previous experience working with inventory management systems
- Experience with invoicing for assembly services is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and dedication
- Teamwork skills and a confident and professional demeanor complete your profile
Your responsibilities:
- Support the field sales team in the back office
- Order processing, calculation, and creating quotes
- Creating order confirmations, delivery notes, and workshop and assembly orders
- Forwarding orders to the warehouse, workshop, and assembly departments
- Independent material planning
- Orderrelated purchases and tracking of deadlines
- Checking delivery, workshop, and assembly documents
