Description

Looking for a motivated individual to set-up, program and operate CNC EDM machines in a moldmaking environment. This person should have EDM experience.

Job requirements and responsibilities include:

Write programs and adjust machine settings as needed. Experience with AgieCharmilles FORM 20 is a plus
Knowledge of the EDM process including orbital patterns, discharge gaps, and material types
Work to.0002" tolerance
Surface grind electrodes
Familiarity with either EROWA or 3R systems
Inspect electrodes and finished products using indicators, micrometers, calipers, etc.
