KG in our Hamburg-Harburg branch as a Service Advisor / Customer Advisor (m/f/d) at the car dealership, either part-time or full-time.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Qualified and specialized customer consultation on the service and service offerings of the car dealership
  • Tailored sales of aftersales services
  • Creation of orders, taking into account the feasibility of the order, warranty/guarantee, and special service offerings of the service department
  • Scheduling of all maintenance and repair work while maintaining high quality standards
  • Customer care and retention, as well as expanding the customer base

Qualifications you should bring:


  • Successfully completed technical training (e.g. as a car mechanic) with relevant manufacturerspecific training
  • Professional experience in a car dealership, particularly in aftersales
  • A high level of service and customer orientation, including a passion for automobiles
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
