ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCAL TO THE DC/MD AREA
What will you do?

  • Coach 23 practices per week & 1 game per weekend based on age group hour commitment per week) per team.
  • Coach 26 tournaments per year based on age and skill level
  • Send weekly communications to your team parents
  • Attend PPA coach workshops (4 per year) Trace film break down for 9v9 and 11v11 top teams
Who are we looking for?

  • Someone who will follow the PPA coaching principles be prepared, be a teacher, teach PPA Life values.
  • Someone who will Coach in a manner that is energetic, fun, and active, and that creates a memorable experience as well as a positive learning environment for our players.
  • Someone who will communicate effectively with other PPA Staff and correspond kindly, timely, and effectively with parents.
  • Someone who has experience and understands how to teach the core principles of soccer in terms of technical and tactical development Someone who can balance development with winning
