Summary:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Use existing billing models
  • Calculate applicable shipping costs & sales taxes
  • Obtain all necessary approvals
  • Track new & shipped jobs
  • Prepare reports for management, as needed
  • Complete special billing requests from Client Services
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SQL Server Studio and the ability to create and run queries a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills and followup habits are essential
  • Superior Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables, conditional formulas (if, sumif), vlookups, etc
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity
  • Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work
  • Effectively communicate (and listen) clearly, professionally, politely and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely manner
  • Challenge conventional practices and use creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization
  • Support and meet company/department goals and core values
  • Collaborate with coworkers to achieve common goals

Working Conditions:

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.

Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
