- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and document any issues or needed repairs.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of makes and models, including but not limited to engine diagnostics, brake systems, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Ensure all work is performed efficiently and in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Accurately estimate repair costs and communicate findings to the Service Manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and diagnose issues as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology, and repair techniques through continuous training and development.
- B-C+ level qualifications (at a minimum), including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
