  • Enthusiasm and expertise in customer consultation
  • Winemaker or wine-related education
  • Economic understanding, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Computer skills in MS Office or a merchandise management program
  • Structured, independent, reliable and accurate work style
  • Team spirit and friendly and open communication
