What can you expect?

  • You are responsible for effective communication with new customers via email and phone, as a reliable and competent contact person, to answer inquiries and provide information.
  • You actively approach companies that have registered through our portal (no cold calling).
  • You accompany our new customers through the onboarding process and are the central point of contact for questions about our digital products.
  • In order to turn a prospect into a customer, you prepare the necessary business documents for our risk management.
  • You evaluate feedback from our customers and bring new ideas into product improvement and development.

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and are a natural talent in dealing with customers.
  • Customer communication and service are your thing - you convince people with your open and communicative nature and inspire them for our services.
