A work day with us includes:

  • Organizational and administrative tasks in the therapy area
  • Personnel management and leadership
  • Therapy development/planning and documentation
  • Creation and monitoring of duty and vacation schedules
  • Quality management and monitoring of compliance with quality/therapy standards
  • Conducting employee and job interviews
  • Interdisciplinary teamwork with various departments (e.g. doctors, nursing, admissions, transcription, parent involvement, and clinic school)
  • Collaborating with the administrative management and executive team.
