    Vaco is hiring for a Logistics Coordinator located in Jacksonville, FL. Ideal candidate will come with industry experience.

    Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator oversees and facilitates the specific client-based needs for product stored and moved through our location(s).

    Essential Functions:

    Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations

    • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively

    • Supervise inbound and outbound orders

    • Problem solving + multi-tasking

    • Maximize equipment utilization

    • Upload of critical information into Logimax, our TMS and TVI

    • Creating loading tickets (pick tickets)

    • Import/Export FCL/LCL BOL creation and booking with steam ship lines

    • File AES when applicable

    • Tracking and Tracing

    • Customer Billing

    • Set delivery and pick up appointments

    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Experience in customer service

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
    • licensure and certification requirements;

    With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
