Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team.

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting data analysis, and ensuring accurate stock levels to meet customer demand.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize inventory management systems to track and maintain inventory levels
  • Conduct data mining and analysis to identify trends and optimize inventory processes
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage supplier relationships
  • Monitor product sellthrough rates and implement strategies to reduce excess stock
  • Assist in heavy lifting and physical inventory counts as needed
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present inventory data effectively
  • Familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory management software
  • Contribute to demand planning activities to forecast future inventory needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain

Experience:


  • Proven experience in inventory management or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Knowledge of demand planning principles and supply chain operations
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives within an inventory setting
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
