A Little About You:

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to support our CTO/CDO and Engineering teams at Friendsurance.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can adapt to changing priorities, and is comfortable with ambiguity.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CTO
Manage the CTO's busy schedule and coordinate meeting logistics
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications with the CTO
Lead internal communications within the Engineering organization, including drafting and sending team communications on behalf of the CTO and his team
Measure department efficiency using OKRs, KPIs, and defined goals
Participate in highimpact projects with our partnerships, working closely with the CTO/CDO on topics such as partner due diligence, financial forecasting, budget utilization, and decision making
Ensure smooth collaboration within the Tech, Data, and Agile departments by participating in activities such as designing team structures, preparing performance data, and developing communication strategies
Support the Tech, Agile, and Data teams with research, process organization, and communication
Lead companywide initiatives, such as internal conferences and team offsites, by organizing logistics and producing content
Create and optimize presentations and communications
