**HIRING ASAP, DO NOT HAVE TO BE A EXPERT AT EVERYTHING, LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT'S MOTIVATED, KNOWS BASIC HANDYMAN KNOWLEDGE, MUST HAVE A GOOD DRIVER LICENSE AND LIVE CLOSE TO SHOP IN LAKELAND 33803.Need to hire handyman (on payroll not self employed) to work on tenant occupied properties.
We complete drywall repairs, match texture, paint, fix sink leaks, replace trim, hang doors, tile, screen, also landscape task, trimming low branches, sod, pressure washing, and any other maintenance issues that arise.
90% jobs we complete are small minor repairs that take a hour, we complete them, then back into the work van driving to next job.
Based out of Lakeland, Once you are trained you will be assigned your own work van and have to go out and complete job task, Most of the work is in Central Florida, Tampa/ Orlando
Must be very friendly, and able to complete job quickly to move onto the next job.
Must have clean driver license, drug free and not be on probation.
Must be able to work by yourself and problem solve, get job completed
Shop is based out of Lakeland Near Polk State College), looking for someone that lives close by.
Looking to hire asap.
Paid every Friday, on payroll.
**MUST HAVE DRIVER LICENSE AND RIDE TO AND FROM WORK
**NOT ON PROBATION
**GENERAL HANDYMAN KNOWLEDGE.
**OK WITH DRIVING WORK VAN TO TAMPA/ ORLANDO AREA
Pay:
$125.00 per day
