- In coordination with Clinical Director, interviews, selects, trains, and supervises Wraparound Service Coordinator for Wraparound program. Monitors employee performance and completes monthly and annual evaluations. Works to resolve any performance issues or concerns.
- Provides oversight to client referrals, intake, and admissions, assuring timely response to referral sources. Works to achieve and maintain occupancy goals.
- Maintains positive relationships and open communication with referring agencies and others with whom the agency collaborates on behalf of clients. Resolves concerns involving admissions, Plan of Care, or services provided with the referring agency and the client's parent or guardian.
- Oversees record keeping and reporting processes to ensure that flow of written communication is current and effective.
- Provides leadership to the Utilization Review committee to ensure that the process is completed and that results are used to improve the quality of services.
- Assures that the DCFS Contract is fulfilled to maintain DCFS standards. Works to achieve performance goals written in the Program Plan.
- Participates in all required committees assigned by the Director of Clinical Services including but not limited to a monthly staff meeting and leadership meeting.
- Responsible for all program reviews and the success of the program's key performance indicators.
- Ensure the needs of clients are met and develop the wraparound program to ensure staff has a variety of skills and resources to utilize.
- Continuously monitors the needs of current clients and develops innovative approaches to meeting those needs.
- Monitors direct service requirements of staff to ensure targets are being met.
- Adheres to and follows all other required duties necessary and assigned by direct supervisor

- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program, or in a related human service field, or a Bachelor's degree with experience as approved by the Director of Clinical Services or Immersion Site Director. The license of Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) is preferred.
- Supervisory experience in the human services field is required.
- Knowledge of community programs, services and evidence-based practices, and a variety of treatment modalities used to work with youth and their family to navigate child-serving systems.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Must possess and maintain proof of vehicle insurance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Supervisor-Wraparound Program is responsible for oversight of services provided by the Wraparound Program, including the selection, training, and supervision of the Wraparound Service Coordinator. The Clinical Supervisor-Wraparound Program will be responsible for the full success of the services which they supervise. Focus on consultation with program staff, and clients as needed concerning program services. Assures compliance with DCFS Program Manual and all regulations under which the services and agency are provided. As a member of the Leadership Team assists with the development of the program budget, organizational policy, and other administrative initiatives.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
CARE & TCI
One of the essential job functions of any position within the agency is to align your performance with our overarching philosophy of CARE. All decisions, actions, communication, and performance should align with the six CARE principles (Developmentally Focused, Family Involved, Relationship Based, Ecologically Oriented, Competence Centered, and Trauma Informed). Not only must you complete the CARE training with satisfactory participation, but you must then put that training into practice in your everyday work.
Every employee must also pass TCI training with a satisfactory grade in written and/or physical testing. All employees must remain current on refresher training that is provided monthly at all locations. You will be tested every 6 months on the physical portion, if applicable to your position. You will be tested annually on the written portion regardless of your position. If you are not current on your TCI refresher training every six months, you will be required to retake the full course. If you do not pass either test, you may be required to retake the full course. Not only must you complete the TCI training with satisfactory participation, but you must then put that training into practice in your everyday work.
