Qualifications of Director of Nursing:

Graduate of an accredited school of NursingValid State licensure as an RNFamiliar with state & federal regulationsAt least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in long-term careExperience in supervising nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.

Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information.
Relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with residents, families, and other employees at all levels.

Qualifications of Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):
Minimum of 2 year as a Healthcare Administrator or AITCurrent Nursing Home Administrator License.
Prior experience in staff development (i.
