- Support the estimating process and project management alongside Project Managers and Estimators
- Submit productivity reports for projects
- Understand project documentation thoroughly
- Manage document control procedures effectively
- Review and analyze productivity reports for project enhancements
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers daily
- Assist with material purchases and project documentation
- Ensure completion of project requirements
- Collaborate with safety personnel
- Plan according to project schedule
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera
- Experience with BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to understand plans and specifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Deadline-oriented with construction knowledge
- Preferably OSHA 30 hour certification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
