- Provide sales support to wireless sales consultants and major account representatives
- Perform administrative functions such as system data entry, equipment delivery, inventory tracking, and correspondence writing.
- Assist customers over the phone and in person, handling billing questions and promoting Cellcom services.
- Analyze customer account information, perform rate plan analysis, and resolve billing issues.
- Assist with trade show and tabletop setup, staffing, and walkin customer sales opportunities, including activating new equipment and general customer service responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned
- Fouryear high school education or equivalent required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or sales, with knowledge of wireless sales and service preferred.
- Valid drivers license required.
- Ability to analyze customer account information, perform rate plan analysis, and resolve billing issues.
