- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, Intune, etc.
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience with Azure AD
- Experience in enterprise Design and implement unified communications and collaboration solutions
- Design, implementation, and full-stack lifecycle support covering all aspects of Collaboration Products & Services (M365, Slack, Zoom, Unified Communication, ect.).
- Leading initiatives to enhance and improve scope, design, and implementation of Collaboration & Unified communication solutions.
- Leading the development of a scalable architecture that supports the organization's strategic roadmap.
- Leading end-to-end implementations plus engaging as solution architect simultaneously with other projects that are in progress.
- Participating in incident cause-analysis & assistance in remediation & design efforts to improve reliability/prevent future failure scenarios.
- Working with service delivery leads and business solution partners to support technology assessments.
- Optimization and advanced troubleshooting of Collaboration Solutions. Planning improvements and features with a 6 month view.
