- Design, implementation, and full-stack lifecycle support covering all aspects of Collaboration Products & Services (M365, Slack, Zoom, Unified Communication, ect.).
- Leading initiatives to enhance and improve scope, design, and implementation of Collaboration & Unified communication solutions.
- Leading end-to-end implementations plus engaging as solution architect simultaneously with other projects that are in progress and ensuring alignment to the organization's strategic roadmap.
- Participating in incident cause-analysis & assistance in remediation & design efforts to improve reliability/prevent future failure scenarios.
- Optimization and advanced troubleshooting of Unified Communications and Collaboration Solutions.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in computer-related field preferred or equivalent years of experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, design, and implementation.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, etc.
- 7+ years experience programming including shell scripting (PowerShell).
- 5++ years of experience utilizing Azure services including designing and implementing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure Active Directory, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols.
- Experience in enterprise Design and implement unified communications and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365 products and services, such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
- Experience in security and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment and implement appropriate policies and controls.
- Experience in documenting architecture, design, and configuration of the Microsoft 365 solutions and provide training and knowledge transfer to the clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to stakeholders and engineers.
- Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships in support of delivering enterprise-wide Mobility solutions.
- Ability to execute within a fast-paced agile process.
- Flexibility to work with varying hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends with minimal notice as on a needed basis to support major incidents and / or critical system wide changes.
- Certification in Microsoft 365, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Job DescriptionThe Staff Collaboration Engineer (Workplace MS Office365) is a senior technical leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Microsoft 365 platform and services for NBCUniversal. The Microsoft 365 Engineer will work closely with the business stakeholders, Cyber Security and Infrastructure teams, and vendors to ensure the optimal performance, security, and compliance of the Microsoft 365 environment.
