Cloud Security Engineer (Azure/100% Remote)

Join Optomi and a leading company in search of a Cloud Security Engineer. As a key team member, you will be responsible for Azure security management, incident investigation and remediation, and implementing new tools and features.

Responsibilities:

Manage Microsoft security stack in Azure: Sentinel, Defender Suite, O365, Windows, etc.
Investigate alerts and incidents, collaborating with MSP for resolution.
Test and implement new tools and products.
Support Intune rollout for mobile device management.
Utilize Jira for ITSM ticket handling and escalation.
Communicate security findings and status to Director and C-Level executives.

Qualifications:

Available to work in EST time on a remote basis.
Proficiency with Microsoft's security solutions: Defender, Sentinel, Intune, O365, etc.
Experience in alert investigation and triage.
Hands-on incident remediation skills.
Familiarity with Windows servers, operating systems, and Powershell scripting.
Prior exposure to Intune deployment is advantageous.
