• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Follow care plans and ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times

- valid driver's license and willing to drive between towns within 30 min of each other

• Must be physically capable of assisting with transfers
