Job Scope:
The Customer Experience Team strives to exceed the customers' expectations and deliver a service experience that positively influences their loyalty and satisfaction. As the Customer Experience Intern at Liberty Hardware, you will fill a pivotal role that provides opportunities for personal and professional development while contributing to business success through elevating the customer service experience. You will work on targeted projects individually or as part of a small team. Projects require customer service operation observations, data collection/analysis, multi-functional communication and problem solving. Upon completion of the internship, the project will be presented to a broader leadership team.

Key Focus Areas:

Consumer Insights
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Gather and evaluate customer satisfaction results
Reporting, evaluating processes and presenting improvements based on customer feedback, and leveraging customer engagement tools.
Develop and present action plans against key findings
Performs other duties as required

Knowledge Center of Excellence
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Evaluate process improvements for training initiatives
Support the Knowledge Coordinator with the management of the SOP review process and maintenance of the Customer Experience SOP Library.

Requirements
The Liberty Co-op/Intern Program seeks top talent. To be considered for enrollment, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics or any related major from an accredited institution.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale) and in Sophomore year or greater
Reside within commuting distance of internship location
Position location: Hybrid (office is located in Winston-Salem, NC)
Summer Hours: hours/week; Fall/Spring Hours: 20 hours min/week
Year-Round Role
Hourly Range: $17 - $23
