Your tasks:


  • Management of major projects in the HVAC and plumbing trade and responsible for a smooth construction process
  • Coordination of work preparation and scheduling (including personnel and material planning) in close coordination with the construction management, external service providers, and clients
  • Offer calculation, change order management, and budget planning
  • Responsible for adhering to and implementing the budget

Your profile:


  • Ideally, a vocational training as an installation mechanic or plumber, followed by further education as a master or technician, or a degree in the field of technical building equipment & supply technology
  • Relevant work experience as a project manager and sound knowledge (including VDE, VOB/B, DGUV)
  • Good MS Office skills and knowledge of English
