Description

We are looking for a Human Resource Specialist to join our team of diverse web developers building custom web tools.

You will be responsible for reviewing, tracking and executing request for personnel actions. You may also handle compensation and benefits, training, and employee relations.


Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must have a problemsolving mindset.
• Must have interpersonal intelligence, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
• Military and/or government experienced is encourage.
• Must have experience optimizing workflows and processes.
• Military and/or government experienced is encouraged.
• Prepare HR initiative reports for program directors.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Good problemsolving aptitude.
• Prior Government experience preferred.
• Able to learn and work with HR software and systems for recordkeeping and data management.
• Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment laws.
• Detailoriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
