The Hampton Inn and Suites Albany Downtown is looking for highly motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Purpose:

To perform in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited, to check-in and checkout of guests, which contributes to an overall positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet, register, and provide service to all incoming & outgoing guests.
Answer reservation requests, change requests, and cancelations in a timely manner.
Coordinates with fellow departments to meet and exceed guest satisfaction.
Answer all guest inquiries pertaining to hotel services and local attractions.
Assist in developing employee morale.
Respond to all guests' requests, problems, complaints and/or incident presented at the Front Desk or through Reservations, in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other employees.
Ensure that all Front Desk staff adhere to payment, cash, and paid out procedures during each shift.
Ensure and enforce all Front Desk Agents are in proper uniform attire.
Maintain a visibly clean and orderly Front Desk and Pantry area.
Enforce all standard Hilton practices, package handling, and guest safety procedures.
Conduct team trainings and address areas of opportunity.
Act as a Manager on Duty when required.
Monitor all V.I.P.'s, special guests and requests.
Takes responsibility of supervising the F&B outlets in the absence of the Operations Manager.
