Your responsibilities:

  • You will participate in our 618 month trainee program (depending on previous experience) with the goal of taking on the position of asset investment specialist independently afterwards
  • You will learn to provide honest, transparent, and professional advice to our members alongside an experienced asset specialist, using a holistic approach and developing tailored asset investment strategies
  • You will learn to optimize asset structures and inspire our members
  • You will primarily advise our customers and members in person at our branches
  • We will support you in analyzing existing customer relationships and learning how to develop them profitably
  • You will learn to make quick and binding decisions in the best interest of our members

Your profile:

  • You have completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and preferably a degree in economics with a focus on banking or finance
  • You have a high affinity and enthusiasm for asset
